Overview
A calm, nature-led website for a developer whose flagship is a 0 AQI eco retreat of forest villas in the Satpura Tiger Reserve buffer zone. The brand line, “Properties that breathe”, set the pace.
The challenge
Land and villa buyers make slow, considered decisions. The site needed to convey trust and the feel of the place (clear titles, the forest, the air quality) without the hard-sell tone typical of real-estate portals.
Our approach
- Led with landscape and place: the reserve, the bird life and the air quality do the persuading.
